Step 8 - Pre-Close Preparation


In advance of the closing, your OzarksHome.com team will have contacted the closing company regarding the transaction to make sure that all of the necessary forms and documents will be prepared and are going to be available for you to sign on the appropriate date. Your team member will also contact the representatives of the other party/ies to the transaction to be certain that they have taken each action necessary for closing, so that the entire closing can proceed on the date and time planned.Your OzarksHome.com team member will answer any of your questions about the closing documents.

One of our team members will also inform you in advance of the process of the closing, advising you of any documents you must bring to the closing, how much time to block off for the closing, and answer any questions regarding other information that is pertinent to the closing meeting itself.
