You may be wondering “How much is my home worth?” We can help you answer that question. Pricing a home requires the examination of many factors by someone who is experienced in the local market. Keep in mind that a property value estimate is only that—an estimate. Valuations may vary and often depend on the purpose of the appraisal. Quite often, the estimated value of a house appraised for a refinancing will be higher than that of a house done for current market value.
